a little advice
When we arrived neither the fireplace or TV worked. It took a phone call and an hour to get them to work. Your tech was very professional and remotely, with the help of other techs got things to work. When guests come in, they want to hit a switch for those amenities. Also, no mention that the entire resort was closed for off season. Unit was fine. Experience not as described.
