"Had a delightful weekend here. The house is very clean and cared for, well-stocked and welcoming. The fire pit was a big hit (you need to provide your own firewood, but there's a 24-hour supplier available a mile down the road). There are several kayaks, including a double one that was great for taking a younger kid out on the Hudson. Not a secluded place – there are several adjacent properties with just a fence between the yards – but quiet and pleasant nonetheless. Would gladly stay here...

"The cottage was the perfect getaway! Exactly as described, so much fun on the river. Plenty of water toys and we caught sunnies, perch, and bass while fishing. The cottage is well cared for, very clean, and fully stocked with everything needed. Great communication with the owner Will. Very thoughtful to leave us a gift bag with all the fixings to make smores. Nice area to explore, between Saratoga and Lake George. Being on the river with the views and relaxing was the best! "Serene and relaxing location on lake. The home was great with a newly remodeled living area. The screened in porch overlooking the lake with a porch swing great place for morning coffee and meals. Plenty of Kayaks and paddle boards for lake fun. Close to Lake George and Saratoga."

"This property was perfect. House was clean and newly renovated. All amenities needed were supplied. Greta night sleep for all. There was a market within a short walking distance. A great little breakfast spot within a 3 min ride or 10 min walk if you are up to it. Beautiful river across the way. A 15 min drive to the heart of the Lake George Town. Owner a pleasure to deal with. My wife and i and our dog loved this property."

"This is my friend and my third time coming to the ADK region for vacation in the fall-this is by far our best experience yet. Joe not only sent an email with the check in process but also made sure I received it and had his cell phone number for any issues. The cabin was spotless and cozy- the little touches of decorations/candles gave it a very welcoming feel. The area was beautiful, so many places to hike and explore! It was great to have a fire by the river in the evenings and a cup of coffee...

"Quaint adirondack cabin in a nice neighborhood in the woods. The screened in front porch was a great place to start and end the day with a cup of coffee. Neighbors are close but are very friendly. The fire pit was also a hit with our grandson. Clean and comfortable beds. Diane from tha managemect company was a great source of things to do in and around Lake Luzerne.Overall the best short vacation we have had in a long time!]"
