Each year our group picks a location in a warmer climate and goes to get away from the cold. This year we chose Havasu and in particular this house. The house was awesome everyone really enjoyed the house. We found more to do in Havasu and had such a good time we look to come back again...

The house is beautiful & plenty of room for 8 seniors! Loved the open floor plan, lots of space for card games. The ping pong table was so fun! Restaurants we enjoyed were, ChaBones, Juicys, Flying X Saloon! House host Jennifer was wonderful!!

Amazing spacious beautiful home
My family & I loved our stay here. There were 8 adults and we all had our own bedroom with our own bathrooms! This home is beautiful from inside & out. We really enjoyed our stay. The swimming pool & spa was very clean & relaxing. The owner is very pleasant to talk with as well as the property manager. We will definitely come back again. Thanks for everything!

Double Master Bedrooms!
Loved this house. We’ve stayed in so many rentals and this is the first time where we’ve found double master bedrooms. Also loved that there were 4 full baths for all 4 bedrooms. This house literally had everything. Lots of kitchen appliances and storage, a bunch of pool accessories, a bar with its own fridge, an ice maker in the garage with an extra fridge, etc. You name it, this house was equipped with everything. Would definitely, highly, recommend.

Amazing!!
The house was clean and felt like home. It didn’t feel like a rental or something 20 years old and not cared for! The double master bedroom made things easy for the parents and the open family room made things easy for us to entertain. The owner reached out and checked in to make sure things stayed nice. No need but a very nice gesture! I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful getaway home and pool!
Beautiful home in a great location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The outdoor area was wonderful as we all loved the pool and hot tub. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking in. Would definitely book this spot again! Property owners were kind and welcoming and took the time to check in with us! Had a wonderful stay!

This home is outstanding! 2 master suites + 2 Jr rooms gave our party of 8 their own space. You can't get this at a hotel. Having your own oasis in the backyard was pure bliss. We were 5-10 min from everything; London Bridge, dinning, down town & boat rental. Our host even let us check in early. With Covid still plaguing communities renting a home with a resort like feel made our vacation so wonderful & safe.

This home was perfect! Booking was simple. Gorgeous decor and very spacious. Home was spotless. The layout was perfect for the four couples we had in our group. I had a question upon check in and the owner was very quick to respond. Great location too! I will be booking this home again for our Havasu vacations.

Nice location and home layout, but pool heat was a disappointing and cleanliness was questionable
We specifically chose this house for the pool as a reprieve for our family during a long roadtrip. We had put in a request in advance to have the heat turned on and pay the additional fee. Upon arrival, the pool temperature was 55 degrees. They did turn on the pool heat, but at that point it would have taken a day if not more to warm up to a reasonable temperature. The response from the owner was that it was hard to keep the pool warm this time of year. We had just been in Albuquerque at another VRBO and had no issues with the pool heat. Also, if it's a cost issue, then don't offer it as a service. They did promptly refund the pool heat fee when I raised the issue. Separately, the house was noticeably dirty. After walking around for an hour without shoes on, the bottoms of our feet (socks and barefoot) were black. Upon closer inspection, the tile floors were very dirty and the carpets around the house were matted. The house could use a good deep clean.

Double masters and a spa
This was clean, spacious and exactly as advertised. Lots of parking, comfortable beds and a split floor plan with 2 master beds and baths, with 2 additional beds and baths, there was no competition for bathrooms. The huge island made eating as a family great. This house easily accommodated 7 adults and 3 cars with LOTS more room to spread out. Would definitly book again.
