This amazing Beachlevel condo has two large Master suites and a huge living room and kitchen
Combo area.Both Masters have showers and bathroom areas with 2 sinks.The kitchen has granite
countertops.There is a washer and dryer and has all stainless appliances.
This is an end unit on the beach with a large front yard with patio areas.The unit has all glass facing the
the channel and the London Bridge..Each Master suite has a sliding door leading to the patio and the beach
In front.The complex is on the channel with only 8 units on the beach level.These are larger then the other 42 units
above.Perfect for having your boat in front of the condo for easy access..

Family vacation
The property and location was great. Our family enjoyed being so close to the water. The unit was a great size with the two master bed/bath, but the only thing I would say is it is better for 4 rather than 6 guests (like the description said). We had our 3 adult children staying in 1 king size bed, but we made it work. We had a little problem with the dishwasher and wi-fi, but the host got back to us within 24 hours and the problem was resolved.

Great Stay!
The condo was great! It was clean, well stocked and easy walking distance to restaurants. Being beach front is great and makes it so easy when returning from a fun day on the lake. The owner was very responsive and very helpful. We will be back.

Perfect Location!
We had a great time! Perfect location on the left end of the building facing the water. So convenient to come in from the heat with the kids and make a nice lunch. Kitchen was fully stocked. We even had laundry detergent amd dish soap! Would love to come back!

Beautiful corner beach front unit
We really enjoyed our stay here! The property is beach front in the best part of the channel. The unit is a quiet corner unit, which is very private. The decor was beautiful. The only thing I would say for future renters is bring your own trash bags, ziplocks, aluminum foil...etc for cooking. The kitchen was not stocked with those items. I did pay it forward with some popsicles and condiments I left in the fridge & freezer. This unit is a bargain & the the owner is very easy to communicate with! Thank you
