"I visited last year and was impressed so I booked again this year. This year was disappointing. The furniture was old, chairs were broken, tables ready to fall apart. Furniture could use upgrade. Outside, the hallways were dirty, parking lot dirty, trash bins were always full everywhere and smelly. I love the swimming pools and utilized them every day. They were wonderful. The gas grills around the compound need thorough cleaning and some were not working or difficult to start the gas to come...

After having to live with a wet floor for 10 days, they finally figured out that the leak was in the plumbing wall behind the tub. During a 12 day stay we had a total of 2 days we could walk into the bath without our feet getting wet. Then the water heater broke and there was no hot water. Now no shower or dish washing either. "Location was great. Hotel was clean. Staff very friendly. Only issue was checking in. We were supposed to have suite. Ended up with 2 adjoining rooms. We prepaid but were still charged for one room. Did receive a refund the next morning. Otherwise everything was great."
