"FLOATS MY BOAT"- Suwannee River Home in Branford, FL, near area Springs, too!

This clean and charming retreat will Float Your Boat! Now, three bedrooms: one with king-size bed, one with two queen beds and the third has a full bed and sofa in the living room makes a bed too! This recently updated 3 bedroom, 3 bath home sleeps 10 comfortably. (Two queen air mattresses with linens are also available for children five or over). Screened-in room downstairs features a third bath with a shower, and refrigerator along with a dining area for more entertaining. The spacious upstairs deck is ideal for watching the river flow by or just unwinding. The aluminum dock features a landing with outdoor seating, a fire pit as well as, and jet ski parking. So whether you enjoy swimming, boating, fishing, kayaking, canoeing, or jet skiing, "Floats My Boat" is the ideal place to escape for some R&R on the Suwannee River. You can launch your vessel at a public boat ramp in Branford, just minutes away due north. A canoe is provided as well as the RV site with 110 v electricity and water. RV or camper must be self-contained. No extra charge! Tents are welcome too!
The view of the river from the deck is spectacular morning or night; enjoy your coffee or favorite beverage in the high-top chairs! Downstairs, host your guests for grilling. Two folding tables, a gas grill , refrigerator and sink downstairs as well as a Bluetooth speaker tower to accommodate you.

Great vibes. The stay was amazing. Close to town, yet very private and serene. Kitchen was well stocked. Canoe and paddleboat were great amenities. All the comforts of home in a perfect relaxing environment. Was just what we all needed.

We enjoyed Floats My Boat River Home! This vacay home is very cozy and extra clean. Very nicely decorated.Everything we needed was available and handy. There was a little Smores Box with all ingredients you need for smores sitting in counter although we had all ingredients needed. Nice firepit with comfortable chairs, firewood stacked near by. This home is very welcoming ! Beautiful scenery of the Swannee River with great boat dock! I definitely recommend Floats My Boat Vacation Rental!! Our family enjoyed it very much!

We had such a wonderful time at Float My Boat. The pictures don't do it justice. Such a beautiful spot. We traveled with our boat and docked at the private dock for the long weekend. Enjoyed exploring the Suwannee and Santa Fe. Had a blast hanging out on the many porches/hangout areas. House has everything you could need and more. Very peaceful, comfortable and quiet. Highly recommending this one.

Piece of HEAVEN on Suwannee River
This place exceeded our expectations! Everything from top to bottom, front to back , was clean , well equipped , efficient and just down right cozy and adorable. I was so mad I had leave and go home ! The floating dock for our boat and fishing was everything we needed ! It’s set in a perfect location just around the corner from the public boat ramp. The outside screened in porch with bathroom was so perfect for our low country boil and all the nights we grilled. The fire pit was perfect for roasting marshmallows , the upper deck was my piece of heaven while sipping my coffee in the mornings. Beds were super comfortable and the air mattresses that the home is equipped with were nice as well! There was plenty of yard for my daughter and her friend to throw the softball around and play! I can’t wait to come back, hopefully every year ! It was a wonderful experience that my whole family loved! Thank you so much!

Just perfect!
This home was perfect for our family of 6 to attend a family reunion in the area. It was very convenient to Branford. Host left us a list of restaurants in the area which we really appreciated. Downstairs screened in area allowed for us to host other members of the family for dinner. Can’t say enough about how nice and clean and perfect this house is. Teresa and Tammy quickly responded to any questions we had. We would rent again.

The house on the inside was very clean. Definitely need to add some more items to the kitchen. Outside was not as clean. Spider webs everywhere, dirt dobber nest everywhere, vines growing on house. The view was beautiful and just as pictured.

Great getaway close to many springs.
Property was clean and had family plenty of room for us to hang out upstairs and downstairs screened in room. Comes well equipped with anything you may need as described. Great secluded location easy to get to. Within 15 to 30 minutes of many local springs (just a little research beforehand and you'll find them). Tip: Go early in the am to avoid crowds. Overall, if you like to relax in a secluded area with river access this is the place. Hopefully we will be coming again next summer!

This place was great. There has been a recent renovation or upgrade to the home but the property and setting is really amazing. It's right on the river with a really great dock. It's private and secluded. I watched deer in the yard while I had my morning coffee. It's close enough to town for a quick run too. Really great place and I hope I get back here again soon.

If you're looking for nature, paddling or boating Floats My Boat is the spot
Very nice place, great decor, amazing view. Plus there is a little spring just a 15 to 20 minute paddle upstream. Grocery store is 10 minutes away. Had issues with some lights not working on the porch and fans but they quickly fixed it. I would stay there again for sure! The boat dock is really nice minus the small section of swirling stairs at least when your loading a boat with coolers. That didn't Bother me though because it was so nice to be on the river relaxing.

Perfect for our family.
The property was very nice. Clean & well maintained. It was far out of town but was perfect for us. We were there for a college graduation. The screened in porch was perfect for playing games and eating. I do have to say that the view and calm & peace of watching and listening to the river made up for the driving, especially on the white limestone dirt!

Overall delightful experience. There were a couple of small issues that the owner resolved asap. Teresa was very quick to respond to questions. The view was wonderful, bird song from many different birds - an entire choir! Squirrels playing, fish jumping and deer walking by. Ground floor screen room was perfect for games and puzzles and the views from the porch can't be beat. Great place for a getaway.

Wonderful Riverfront Property
What a wonderful home on the river. Remodeled and fresh with modern decor and furnishings with a relaxing river theme. The master bed was very comfortable and the kitchen well furnished. The back upper deck is a wonderful spot to enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails. At night we sat there and listened to the birds and even saw an owl one evening. The owner was easy to work with and very accommodating. Wish we could have stayed a little longer but hope to come back another time!

Beautiful Riverside Property
A lovely secluded property located on the Swannee river. Spent a relaxing five days fishing and generally relaxing. Views from the balcony are lovely. Property was clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable. There was a nice supply of firewood for the firepit. Lots of space for our dog to run around. We saw deer on the property a few mornings. The property is exactly as described in the listing. We locked ourselves out of the house and Teresa was readily available to assist. Thanks Teresa for hosting us. We will visit again.
