"On 2 occasions the staff went above and beyond, the first was when we wanted to play ping pong but there appeared to be no paddles to play with and a kind maintenance man searched high and low until he came out with new paddles and balls for us to play with. The 2nd was when we learned we'd somehow left behind a favorite stuffed animal, Mike, the night receptionist took time to find it for us and leave directions to have it sent back to us the next morning! Both of these show how service oriented the staff at this property are! "

"The front office staff was very nice… each one of them we encountered. The room actually was one of the few that had a private balcony which was so nice to sit out in the cool evenings. There was road noise but overall our stay was very pleasant. Would definitely stay there again."

"It was a total scam I paid for the room went to the hotel and it was closed there was nobody there to check me in we had to go get another hotel so I want my money back I don't know if marine and suites is scamming you guys or if you're in on it but I need to be credited back the entire charge from this visit there was no visit there was nobody there and I tried calling them again today and no answer I tried calling last night it just rang and rang Smith I could hear the phone ringing in the office that said closed"

"Hotel was clean, staff was great, comfy beds but there is homeless people in the area you drive in and out of hotel. Which makes it unfortunate because you could easily walk to get food if they were not there "
