Got there and staff ignored me and clearly saw me waiting in the front desk for assistance, until I stated hey I’m here to check in she responded to give her 5 mints for check in I said okay no problem. I don’t move I stay in the front desk waiting another lady shows up and she starts checking her in before me totally cuts me off finishes with her and then answers the phone. Room smelled , AC didint work and outside window screen was broken totally unsafe and someone could have broken in my room

Property is in a good, convenient location. Easy to get to restaurants, shopping centers, etc. Freeways are all close by but it is not in an industrial location. We stayed in the suite & it is very large with a separate bedroom with two full beds. Refrigerator & microwave are included as well as a coffee maker with coffee. They are dog friendly and there is a little dog park on the property. The only issue is NO Daily Room Cleaning. So it is not too bad for a night or two but if you have several people in a room it can put a damper on your stay.

Room was clean, restrooms clean, spent time in the pool & jacuzzi area, pool water was some what clean besides duck feathers, there was a duck swimming in the pool when we got there. Jacuzzi water temperature was perfect, was so soothing. All in all room and hotel were clean. They use an air ordor eliminator to clean the air in the hotel.Only negative part, pillows had a weird smell, and comforters had blood stains on them. Didn't notice blood stains till next day after top blanket was not used and the stains were on the bottom comforter. Also paid for parking $10 per night, thought parking was free, and $25 deposit per night! Will i stay here again!? Only if need be.

Elevator stopped working and we had to walk to the 5th floor multiple times. There was a cockroach on the main floor. I told a worker and she just stepped on it.

Staff was very friendly, room was nicely decorated and very clean, plenty of onsite parking though the $10 parking fee seemed unnecessary. Was some street noise but was still able to sleep. Bed was a little hard for my preference but was okay comfort-wise. Hotel is right off the 5 freeway so location was convenient. Overall a good hotel...we would stay here again.

There was an extra fee to have sheets changed of $75. There were roaches, usb ports did not work and the size of the refrigerator for a suite was small not large enough to hold snacks for a family of four.

Not satisfied. When i check out there is no front desk incharge she is busy doing some stuff gor display and just told me to leave the door key card in the counter (not so friendly staff).

We ask several time to come and clean dirty area from previous customer and they never come we ask for towels they bring only one time in 7 days and no room cleaning every day the told us they do in 6 days of staying no happy at all I definitely need some credit

Was only really there to sleep as we were out all day. Our key card wasn’t working at least half of the days when we got back. Also they stated that housekeeping doesn’t come everyday but they did not come by at all during our stay. It was an okay stay overall.

I didn't realize the check in was at 4. I came at 2 and was charge an extra $30. I literally stayed for 90 minutes and checked out. Ive been too many hotels and for the staff to charge an exta $30 when there were hardly any guests at the hotel. Im asian and my gf is Persian and the clerk was of middle eastern decent and seemed like she was bother my our relationship
