Pool was filthy when we arrived , kids couldn’t enjoy.
If low season requires a non buffet all inclusive - it should be noted
Fire alarm was sounding couldn’t sleep - there is no management in situ just a WhatsApp that is not monitored 24x7

First, we got there. We were supposed to have a king size room. They gave us two double beds and then when they was gonna upgrade it, they wanted us to check out and then check back in which was crazy the bugs there was uncontrollable they never tried to control them, you have to go into the building to go to the bathroom. And the restaurants was limited.

Dec 24, 2019Lots of stairs, somewhat strenuous, but not too bad. Waterfalls were beautiful, walking paths and stairs very well maintained, rescue animals were fun to see. Nice restaurant at top, friendly staff, easy safe parking.
