“Hotel was great, staff were excellent and attentive. Had some issues with key access to our room, but eventually got sorted. Room was lovely, felt new and clean - however there was a slight smell in the hall and room. Overall a great stay, would stay here again. ”

“Seems to be a drug house across the street with scary looking people looking out their windows right into our hotel windows so I could not have the curtains open much. Many homeless people and people on drugs acting crazy all over Colorado street around the outside of our hotel. Didn’t love that part. Also, did not love the cheap material of the bedding. ”

“1. The staffs not very tentative to our needs, gave poor instructions to room. We were looking for 16th floor and the elevator only has15 floors. 2. The lights in the room very dim and some lights didn’t even work. 3. The TV connection was not stable and hang at times. 4. The water pressure sometimes passable and often weak. 5. We stayed for 4 nights and only got 2 bottles of water the first day. It was not refill on daily cleaning. 6. The coffee was bad. Overall, I expected more from W……
