"The rooms with pool are very beautiful, a good size and there are very nice decor touches here and there. Staff was friendly and very helpful with requests. This hotel has great potential but needs to be better managed. Overall the hotel seems to be a bit run down. Cleaning needs to be taken seriously, rooms included. The water of the pool was dirty, and the pool walls and steps looked greenish. Did not dare to go in. We had no towels to clean hands - just bath towels. Breakfast was frankly a...

"The booking on-line was easy enough however, I did try to communicate via email- No response, needed to go through expedia USA to contact the Villa. Asked for transfer pick up, no show at the airport. Checked in fine, fridge- Not working, Air conditioner-Not working, all got fixed once mentioned. TV only 1 english station. the description says KUTA not really near the "Kuta" I know. won't stay again, for this price it was a poor & disappointing stay."

I had no other choice because I could not cancel the reservation because of the terms of cancellation and wasting time. Also ask for time so I lost three hours to the subject. "the pool is nice. But if kids get up to use it at 7am you will definitely hear them. The rooms are very run down and not very clean. My room had no toilet paper and the towels/ sheets and pillows were stained. The bidea also had better water pressure than the shower which Was literally impossible to shower with. The location is not bad and easy to walk around "
