The staff at Baglioni Regina was excellent! It was my bf’s birthday and they upgraded our room and even brought us champagne and cookies. We landed at 7am in Italy and even got to check in before noon. The hotel itself is very clean and next to a lot of restaurants!

It was just ok
"Nice new hotel, very clean. Breakfast really poor though, everything served cold even sausages and fried eggs. Waste of time paying extra for jacuzzi room cause only one room has proper jacuzzi, rest of them just a bath with bit of bubbles in the bathroom. Big plus for Netflix."
