Okay, there was a festival the weakend we stayed there, but to pay 160€ for this chamber, that's bold. It was a tiny room called deluxe double bed room. No chair, no table, no real wardrobe!

Frühstück war sehr sparsam, deutsches Standardfrühstück: Wurst, Käse, Kochei, Butter, Marmelade, Müsli. Gar nichts besonderes und keine Abwechslung. Personal war total unterbesetzt und folglich überfordert. Klimaanlage bei uns war kaputt. Erst bei der 3. Beschwerde bekamen wir ein neues Zimmer ohne Entschuldigung. Fernbedienung vom TV hat gefehlt, auch erst nach zweiter Aufforderung nachgereicht… Hotel ist ansonsten ganz neu und von der Einrichtung her sehr schön, auch die Lobby ist nett!

Ich bin leider nicht so gut in Englisch und fand es schade, dass ein Mitarbeiter so gar kein deutsch spricht. Schwierige Kommunikation dann.

Nettes neues Hotel , 👍 Praktisch, Parkhaus um die Ecke. Bus vor der Haustür. Die Brandschutztüren sind sehr schwer und fallen schnell zu. Unsere Klimaanlage/ Lüftung ging noch nicht. Auch nach Reklamation. So haben wir mit offenen Festen geschlafen. Das war ok allerdings etwas laut. Die Betten stehen neben einander und rutschen schnell auseinander wenn man sie umdreht. Das Personal an den Rezeption sprach teilweise nur Englisch, dass erschwerte die Kommunikation. Am Frühstücksbuffett braucht Mann erst mal etwas Zeit sich zu orientieren. Einfach aber lecker
