酒店服务极佳。退房有点急，把IPAD落房间里了。电话打到酒店，服务人员热情高效率地帮我寄回来。点赞！

发布日期：2014年10月16日 发布在：Hotels这家酒店的餐饮实在太棒，可爱岛的餐饮很适合中国人。酒店的风景非常美，酒店设施完备，有适合孩子的游泳池。建议在预订时请写明能看到大海的房间，酒店check in时发生小问题，由于语言不通，前台给了押金牌，3点再办理入住手续，所以拖到3点半才找到人办好手续，这时前后已经等了1个半小时，另外一个工作人员很顺利的办好后，进入房间。中国游客请切记付2刀小费给客房打扫人员，我收到了客房工作人员热情的回复，祝我们旅途愉快，谢谢等感恩的话语，很温暖。建议在酒店用正式晚餐的游客，穿着正式些的小礼服用餐。

Clean and spacious. However, we had no TV for two days and did not get notified until I called twice. It was a bit disappointing as did not have entertainment when returned to room. We pay a resort fee daily and would appreciated some form of discount or waive for this inconvenience.
