This is the best hotel on Kodiak in my opinion. It's way overpriced and tired, but is in walking distance to food/stores/etc.

Everything was clean enough, but the noise from people just walking on the floors above was horrible. Super creaky floors. The fan lights in the main room barely put out light. Staff was friendly enough.

Only place worth staying at in Kodiak if you want to be downtown

The hotel is in great location and one of the convenient places on the island. It’s a noisy place since they have a restaurant there and room’s walls are thin. You can hear people in the rooms above and next to you.
