"The home was perfect for our group. The “Star Wars” room accommodated several of our girls And they loved the space. Each mom had a comfortable bed, plenty of space and great views! We lived the view from the back porch and were able To see several sunrises and sunsets as Well as some Resident wildlife! (Alligators, flamingos, etc). My only issue was that the TV’s in the theatre room need instructions as we are not techy and never got anything to work well. Lovely home, well appointed!"

"My family and I really enjoyed staying at Phillip and Ambers property. The neighborhood was beautiful and they thought of everything- there were extra blankets and pillows, soap, games and even ponchos! I’m not sure that the cost for pool heat was worth it as it was still too cold to be tolerable but we made do inside. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and are grateful to our hosts for opening their home!"

"All of the other reviews sold us on staying here, and once we arrived, we were not let down. Upon arrival, check-in was very easy and what was really remarkable is the house is very, very clean. Furthermore, everything you would need to support a family is already at the house. "The villa was just as described. Margaritaville itself is very large but there is a free shuttle available that takes you to the front or near to the restaurants. The home is stocked for just 3-4 days so for my 10 days there, I had to run to target for trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels. Having the washer and dryer was convenient and needed as there were not a ton towels in each bathroom. The beds were so comfortable as was the bedding. Plenty of closet space for storing clothes. "We loved the house. Plenty of space and lots to do between the pool, arcade room, and theater room. We also enjoyed the multiple clubhouse waterparks we had access to. We had a couple issues with the pool and a/c but property management resolved quickly. Highly recommend booking this house"

"The home was filled with kids coloring books, games, essentials, and pool toys. There were plenty of towels, bedding, & pillows. Everything was labeled so it made it stress free on finding things or trying to figure out what button worked what. We were very pleased and highly recommend!! Thank you!!"

"We just returned from a week long stay and were very pleased with the house! Everything was clean and as represented in the pictures and descriptions. There really was something for every member of our group! The house was also conveniently located to all the Disney parks. The only small issue we had was late night noise next door on one night. This house is in a great central location for all the major Orlando activities - Universal, various Disney parks, Legoland, etc. Legoland is just under and hour away but the Disney parks are all within 25 minutes or less. The house offers 4 bedrooms each en-suites so everyone in the family has their own space. "Great little place, clean & well kept, we had 2 adults and 1 teen and it was perfect. Plenty of linens and toiletries. Nice small kitchen and 2 tv’s. So close to Disney if that’s your destination. Another reviewer mentioned the bed is hard and yes it’s somewhat stiff, not ideal but you’re only there for a short time. I have back problems and it wasn’t a game changer. Located in a nice area and I saw security and police patrols often, seemed very safe. I would totally stay there again!"
