"This experience was top notch! Wonderful staff. Every step of the way my friends and me were taken care of and made to feel welcome. The food was better than a 3 Michelin star meal we had earlier in our trip and our room felt authentic. This was a true spa experience at a fraction of the cost you would pay in the US, but with much better service."

"Staff was amazing, very kind and helpful. The room was very clean. The beds are on the floor in a traditional style, so be aware of that if you have any back issues. Would recommend to friends and family! "
"BOOK THIS HOTEL! Loved our stay and totally worth the 2.5 hour train ride from Osaka. Was able to check in promptly at 3 p.m. and our bags were whisked away to our room. We immediately received our onsen pass and were able to get in a bath before our kaiseki dinner. The next morning we were able to explore more of the public baths and had an amazing breakfast. The town shops open around 11 a.m. so you can really get away with one overnight stay if not more. Beautiful property, relaxing stay and a nice option to visit a tattoo friendly onsen town"
