The site was very clean and the complimentary breakfast was one of the best I've ever seen. Them throwing a bill for parking on our last night under our door at midnight....... crazy shady!!! Maybe let people know you're charging them for parking !!! I may have chosen a different hotel !

You could not have better access to Highway 401. The were plenty of dining options within a short drive. Not very friendly staff, especially at breakfast. Not that convenient for exploring downtown Kingston.

Front office desk is very poorly managed. Was told I will be given a room on the 4th floor and then was given a 2nd floor room. Also when I asked for some hot water they refused to give it me saying the buffet is over. They do promote their coffee tea booth saying it’s 24 hours available. What a joke !

Only connecting room was available which was not mentioned when booking online and have some other guests in connecting room. Connecting door was suspected to be opened from either side without any hassle. Spending night with privacy concerns. Wouldn’t recommend the place in busy days and also information on web was not completely updated during booking.

I loved the room, very spacious. The mattress a bit inconfortable but for one night not too bad. Still slept but my husband woke with a bit stiff back. Other than that we loved our stay. As for the parking we had to do the circling around , we almost parked at a motel behind the property but first we took one last round and luckily one car had just left so we were able to park.

There was a random fee for parking that wasn't disclosed anywhere or communicated to me in any way. I've never had to pay for parking in a city this small before. There's a plaza across the street where I could have just parked for free. This fee was pretty ridiculous.

There should not be a charge for parking. You know we will be coming by car . It is a misleading to charge for a room but add on an extra charge so that the room rate looks lower.
