The home was very clean and very well stocked with anything you could need. There were even snacks and wine when we arrived. Mark has really thought of everything and was very quick to respond during booking when I had questions and very thoughtful to give us places nearby to eat and things to do in the area. “Absolutely beautiful home! Very inviting and cozy. My family and I came for my daughter's college graduation at Winthrop. Convenient to the university. Pool was heaven sent for our 5 year old. Beautiful surroundings and very quiet area. Definitely look forward to staying again in the future.”

“This is a true gem! We can't say enough good things about the lot, location, and friendliness of the owners. The beach was perfect for afternoons with our small kids, and the swim dock perfect for evenings after they were in bed, to enjoy the nearly 180 degree views of the lake. The house is quirky, but thoughtfully stocked -- the best of any rental we've stayed in. We loved how easy it was to get to Belmont and all the other small towns nearby, not to mention Charlotte. We can't wait to come……

Conveniently located to grocery store and attractions we were interested in. Had some issues with bugs in the house. Which was a surprise. Also, would suggest adding more flatware since we were a family of 6 we had to wash flatware each meal. Also, add a soup ladle and pairing knife.
