"Our only disappointment was the complimentary breakfast. The scrambled eggs were poorly prepared, the only bread was white and raisin (no whole wheat, rolls or bagels). The empty tables were dirty. No danish or other breakfast cake other than muffins.The breakfast was not nearly up to snuff with other competitive hotels."

I travel from Bermuda and stay here all the time and customer services has ALWAYS been very professional. Need a ride to Walmart, the mall or even some where to eat the shuttle drops you off and picks you up. The guys that drive the shuttle are so professional. Was a little bummed as I had to book an extra day in addition to my original two-night stay, and they couldn't allow me to stay in our original suite, but front desk folks tried to help as much as possible. Friendly, clean, convenient. Would book again!"
