“Amazing house on Duval!! Best communication I have ever had with a Rental Company (Last Key- thank you Dan) This house was perfect for our family of 6 adults. From start to finish it was exceptional. Location was in the middle of Duvall so made walking everywhere super convenient. I was a bit leary of the noise level, but we did not hear a thing and all slept great. Noise was never a problem. There is a super easy access to Duval and also room in the side alley behind to park our golf cart.……

“We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo was clean and well supplied with essentials. The property is well maintained and safe. We were able to use the included bicycles to get to most locations we wanted to go in old town. Southernmost point was a leisurely 15 min bike ride away. The property owner communicated well with us and answered all of our questions. The only thing we were not prepared for was the traffic noise. The unit does face a busy street, so you can hear vehicles……

“A few of the amenities are the reason for a 4star rating. We didn’t use them much but the hot tub didn’t work and we really found the rules and time range for using these to be a bit inconvenient. We were the type to be out seeing the area during the day and the beaches and fishing and to not be able to use the pool because it was closed turned us off. We were there to sit by the pool during the day, we can do that at home the pool was to relax when we got back but didn’t workout that way. Other……

It is clean, beautifully decorated, and everything seemed brand new (including all furniture and small appliances). “This property is a great place to stay to be close enough to Duval St to walk to the restaurants and bars but also is in a more quieter area to relax in the pool (which was perfect with it being so hot). Hosts are very responsive and property very clean and exactly as advertised, highly recommend!”

“We enjoyed our stay here! Check in and check out was super easy. The fruit infused iced water at check in was a nice touch. We liked the coffee, fresh fruit, and water bottle filling station that was available in the common areas. The room was a little small but worked for the two of us with a convenient mini fridge. The hotel is very clean and organized and we enjoyed having a pool with floats and lounge chairs. Parking was on a first come first serve basis and was a little tight but we didn’t……
