"Excellent location for all things USNA and downtown Annapolis. We walked everywhere. The second bedroom was a little warm but it was unseasonably hot while we were there. There is a K cup coffeemaker but you’ll need to bring everything to enjoy a cup. Would definitely stay again!"

I must admit NO dishwasher at a vacation rental came as a surprise. None of us cared to deal with that chore. Septic issues cut bathroom access and shower access down significantly. "My husband and I and our dog had a lovely getaway on "Julia's Arc". This was our first time on a Houseboat and it was a wonderful experience. So much light! And the movement of the boat was just enough to be comforting. The home was very clean and beautifully adorned with great attention to detail.
