"We loved our stay here! It was right off the Cypress Bayou on a branch of the river so we could easily kayak to the main bayou and access a nearby rope swing, but we were away from all the boating noise. We stayed there with our 4 little ones and had plenty of room! We loved the covered back patio that has doors we could lock on all sides so the kids could not access the water. Host was great and gave us tips on where to eat! Highly recommend, it is such a beautiful and unique area to stay in!...

"Beautiful waterfront home on the lovely Lake Caddo. Roasted hotdogs and smores with our grandkids and family. Hired the world famous guide Randy Deaver with Caddoprobass.com. Greatest guide, very patient with children/granddaughter as he taught her the art of bass fishing. Very successful trip for our granddaughter caught some really big bass! I would encourage everyone to stay at one of Nick and Jenny's homes on Lake Caddo!"

"My wife and I chose this area for our 21st wedding anniversary and I did not disappoint. The lake with cypress trees was gorgeous along with the peace and quiet. The Cabot had everything we needed and the sleepnunber bed was definitely an added plus. Location was very close to local casinos and historic Jefferson,Tx. "This place is off the beaten path and really unique. This place can comfortably sleep 8 people and has plenty of outside deck area. Although we aren't fishers... This is a great place for people who fish. The grandkids loved the loft room and unique steps up to that room. The place was clean and had plenty of linens and beach towels. We had a great time."
