property was fine except I froze my butt as this hotel has NO heat except for a small space heater that I was able to borrow from the front desk. Only way I could get my room warmer than 68 degrees.

I didn’t even know this hotel existed and the whole shopping center. It’s amazing. I rather stay here than in Waikiki! We live on the big island and visit frequently. We do out our school clothes shopping on Oahu. Next time we are staying here!

Free parking is great. However, at night it was hard to find a space because of gym in same lot and parking slots were not always available. But otherwise, loved facility and would stay there again,

Nice exercise room and the staff was wonderful. Parking lot in front was very noisy in the evening.
