We didnt arrive until 8 00pm and was put in a handicapped accessible room. The bathroom floor was dirty, the shower had issues...the band on the bottom to hold water in looked like it was put in by a 5 year old...caulking/foam oozed out. The cloth used for dusting/wiping tv stand needs replaced as there was residue left behind and the counter where the coffee pot sat was dirty also. The towels were awful...scratchy and small...

We had to cancel our reservation. I tried to cancel almost a week ahead of or resevation due to health issues that came up. My wife was unable to travel. The hotel won't refund and Expedia won't. I'm filing a claim for refund through the travel insurance I purchased at the time I made reservations.

I liked being close to The Legends for the shopping and eating facilities nearby. Also, the KC Monarchs play right next door if you want to take in a ballgame or two.

This location was easy to get to and close to shopping and dining. Many things in hotel seemed new. The staff was friendly. The bed was the worst mattress I’ve slept on in a while. Everything else was great.

They checked us in an we paid but then next day got locked out they daid we qerenr checked in got it straightened out an next morning once again at 6am tbey are coming in cause they say its an empty room once again all our info was missing an no where to be found

The beds were clean, the breakfast was good, the maintenance person was nice, but other than that, the hotel was not that great. Our toilet didn’t work properly. I had to lift the tank lid and jingle the inside mechanisms in order for the tank to fill up. Other people we talked to had the same problem with their toilets. Our AC unit smelled of mold and must, so we slept without air flow that 1st night. Thankfully when I saw the maintenance man, I told him and he came and switched out our unit. That was so much better. I just think that hotel needs a major renovation.

I have stayed here a few times. This time was still a great stay, however, some issues. Paid the extra $$ for the jetted tub, but it didn't hold water, the plug seal was warped. Also when plugging in my phone, found a used dirty towel behind the sofa. In addition to that, I questioned how well the room had been cleaned, toilet paper holder had an empty roll on it with a larger roll just sitting on top of it. One of the lamps did not work either. It was a one night stay, or I would have requested a new room.
