"Extremely clean and very well appointed(beach gear, a few guide books, dining utensils, nice linens, luggage rack), we did not want for anything! Location is perfect: sunrises, islands, rainbows, just steps from the beach but also secluded by dunes and shrubbery. Not a 'knock' at all, just sharing for others: the vacation rental is on the small side but it worked great for us (2 former backpackers). We will stay here again the next time we visit Oahu."

Minor investments would go a long way. All bedding is old, carpet in unit which traps sand, mini refrigerator but has freezer. "We really enjoyed the view down into the Pearl Harbor area. The pool was so very nice to relax in. The insides of the unit is unique and homey. I especially loved the softness of the bed linens & comfort of the bed. We really enjoyed our stay!"

"Stayed for 5 nights in the Honu room. The room is really well done, super clean and has almost everything you need. Note that it is a bit smaller than the Dolphin room, so if they are the same price, I would book the Dolphin room. Beds are some of the most comfy you'll find even better than a lot of nice hotels. Be aware, the rooms are attached to the main house where the hosts live. You will hear occasional noise from the main house, but not much, and less than you would at any condo or...

"Overall everything was great. I gave it a 4 because we paid for the week of parking and 3/5 days they oversold the parking so we had to park and pay at the zoo. Also bigger vehicles not a good idea as we couldn’t park one of our vehicles here at all due to height. We know for next time to get a smaller car too. But we paid for 5 days of parking and 3/5 days ended up paying somewhere else for parking. Property also didn’t fill our soaps and towels fully each time so we had to ask for...
