As you enjoy the scenic 11.8 mile drive to your Kona Vacation home you will start to unwind and relax, when you drive up the hill to your tropical oasis, you will know that you have made the right decision to rent our home!

Open the door to to the top level and right away you will notice the luxury furnishings and comfort of your home away from home. Your gaze will be drawn to the outdoor lanai with all of the comfortable furnishings that are calling your name to sit back and relax while drinking a glass of wine while enjoying the ocean views and unbelievable sunsets!
The Master Bedroom has a California King size bed with a new Tempur-Pedic Tempur Cloud mattress. With sliding doors you can either close for privacy or leave open to the living room you will be sure to enjoy this oversized Master that also has amazing ocean views! This room also has a ceiling fan along with a window a/c unit.
The Master Bathroom has everything you need to make sure your stay is everything you need and then some! With a double vanity along with a jetted tub and separate shower and toilet. We provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash along with a hair dryer for your convenience.
Need some extra space? There is bonus room that has a twin trundle. There is also a desk in the room for any work that you may need to do while on vacation.

There are also 2 more bedrooms each with queen beds A/C unit. Each of these rooms have ceiling fans and closets with hangers to put your clothes.

The Laundry room has with a front load washer and dryer that is there for you to use along with laundry soap and softener! The Laundry room can be shut off from the rest of the house by just shutting the door so that you can have peace and quiet!
The guest bathroom is pure luxury! With an oversized shower and plenty of space to get ready. We provide the shampoo, conditioner, shower gel along with a hair dryer!
The living room features a sofa bed that can be used if needed.
We have our front lanai with an outdoor dining table that seats 8 plus plenty of room to add more! There is also a grill for all of your outdoor grilling!
The back Lanai has several different conversation areas and can accommodate all of your family!
There are cards and games for your enjoyment! For your convenience, we also provide some beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and sand toys for the kiddos! There is a Pack N Play & highchair also available.

This was an excellent place to stay and well maintained. This home has a lot of small amenities that were nice to not have to worry about. For example laundry detergent was provided for us which was a huge plus to not have to go out and buy while on vacation. The home has A/C which isn’t true for all places in Hawaii. The driveway is steep but there are two places to park at the top so as long as you’re careful backing out it isn’t an issue.

This property was the perfect size for our family of 10. We had enough room so never felt crowded. The children were happy to make use of the boogie boards that were there as well as beach chairs & umbrellas. The best thing was the view from the lanai!!

Wonderful spacious home - great for kids
We had a great stay. The house had everything we could wish for - 2 pack and plays for our little ones, all of the beach equipment you could imagine, a really well stocked kitchen and tons of space. Two things to be aware of - the house is located at the top of a steep driveway so if you have little kids you need to keep a very close eye on them. It’s also right next to a busy highway - but with the door to the lanai closed the noise was not an issue. Overall we would highly recommend this property!

Great location and very cozy !
I found this gem for my 31st birthday which accommodated up to 12 guests. The condo is located on the upper level of the home with 4 bedrooms and designed to fit us all nicely on a bed with great ocean views— it was very magical! Full kitchen including a grill, balcony view , and well stocked supplies for our stay. Heidi and Heather(our host ) were very accommodating ! Upon booking , they’ve provided us info for all types of amenities and contacting us to make sure if we needed anything else. I really appreciated they welcoming gifts upon arrival and more . At one point we did run out of of toilet paper since we had so many guests, one of our hosts was so kind enough to stop by to drop us off more supplies ! We also accidentally left one of our belongings and they were able to ship it back to our home . Our hosts have went above and beyond to make sure our requests was met. Overall I am so happy to have booked this place . Location is minutes away from popular restaurants and excursions. I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to explore the beautiful big island ! Thank you again Heidi and Heather for allowing us to experience a relaxed and comfortable place !

PERFECT STAY IN PARADISE
SHORT VERSION: Book it! For those of you that want details, here you go. This is a great space on the top flier of a three story home facing the Pacific. LANAI: I spent most of my time sitting on the lanai. The sunsets are absolutely amazing! The lanai is the PERFECT family space to regroup in the afternoon with a cocktail to watch the sunset. This is a ritual we could really get used to! The lanai is spacious, well furnished, and safe for small children (we travelled with our 1 year old granddaughter). The road noise is a BIT annoying, but an acceptable trade off for the view. MASTER BR: The bed is very comfortable and well appointed. The master opens onto the living room with 4 wood paneled doors that can be opened to creat a “studio” effect. Open the blinds and look out on the pacific FROM BED! MS BATH: spacious double sink. Separate shower and jetted tub. Two entrances allow a “suite space” with a small room that contains a couch and a desk if you have to work. KIT: Very well supplied. Appliances all worked properly and well. Overall, a very nice space to cook in. DR/LR: open floor plan that makes sharing a space with a large group easy and fun. Furniture was very nice compared to other rentals I have rented in the past. Lighting, fans, furniture all very well thought out and logically placed. OTHER BRS: very functional and my children said very comfortable. No issues. There is a third bedroom with 4 bunk beds and a TV. It would be great for traveling with younger children. SECOND BATH: pretty, functional, and clean. THE PROPERTY: the deck outside in the rear of the house is a bonus space with a grill and table. A very nice “bonus space.” The DRIVEWAY is a bit intimidating to be honest. There is space for two cars, but it is a challenging space. We used it with no problems, but it may be a factor for some. You can park at the bottom of the hill, but the hill itself can be a challenge for older folks. It is not enough of a factor to pass on this property, but it could be a challenge to some. There is an outside shower and two giant boxes of beach gear that you can use. ISSUES: We had a bit of a communication issue upon check in. The email from VRBO had an incorrect door code and a mistyped phone number. The property manager assured me that it had been corrected and personally stopped by with a gift to apologize for the misunderstanding. A Classy move and very professional. Long story short (too late) BOOK THIS PLACE.

Great location and great hosts
This home had a beautiful view and was centrally located in Kona. The house had everything it needed inside the house and for outside adventures. Our family very much enjoyed our stay. A couple nights of no hot water for showering was our only complaint but it was remedied by the managers. I would recommend staying here if you love sunsets from the lunai and family outings for snorkeling a d beach days. It had everything you needed. Will come again for sure.

Perfect for our 2 families!
We really enjoyed our stay. The addition of the van rental was a real bonus for us. Our 2 families with 7 total kids (ages 2 to 10) fit perfect - with beds and space for everyone. The younger kids loved the bunk beds. The view of the ocean was beautiful. The location was convenient being just minutes away from magic sands beach. It is located on a busy road that can be noisy, however it did not bother us. Also, you can’t really walk anywhere from here because of the road. The best part of the house was how well stocked it was with beach towels, car seats, pack n play, boogie boards, some snorkel gear, beach chairs, and more. There’s also a nice open, modern and clean feel to the house. It was a very comfortable stay and we were so grateful to have found a place that met our needs so well. Thank you Heather for making our trip to The Big Island so special! I really appreciated your extra communication and suggestions for things to do. Your personal touch is the icing on a beautiful cake!

Provided everything our extended family of ten needed. The 12 passenger van was a real bonus.
Everything was really good. Lots of extras provided like boogie boards, beach chairs and beach toys. Even had 2 booster seats for our young grandchildren in the van. The ocean view from the lanai was fantastic. The 12 passenger van made it possible for our Hawaii experience to expand beyond the limits of Kona. The only thing that kept me from giving the experience a 5 star rating was the location. The property sits directly above the major north/south road and traffic noise is significant. The driveway is very steep may be a challenge for some people. Overall, we totally enjoyed our stay at this property. Heather was very helpful and interested in making our vacation as comfortable as possible.

We had such a great time, the home is beautiful and spacious and the hosts are incredibly nice and accommodating! Having the van was very helpful as well! The west side of the big island has lots to offer. The location is close to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and activities. Highly recommended!

LOVED IT SO MUCH WE ARE COMING BACK NEXT TIME!!!
We loved this VRBO so much we are booking it again for next year. We are a group of 12 on a Sierra Club Scuba outing and needed a place to stay where we could prepare our meals at home and do dives and snorkeling daily. This VRBO was a perfect place. We stayed there from November 4-12 2017. The location is close to good snorkeling beaches (8 minutes away), restaurants, shopping, and the airport. It has a 180-degree view of the Ocean, as it is on a hill near a main highway. The house has 2 lanais, one huge one facing the Ocean (with a telescope) and one off the kitchen with a BBQ. The house has a king bedroom, 2 queen bedrooms, a small room with trundle and a bunkroom that slept 4 adult men (It has a TV). There is also a sofa bed and another sofa that is comfortable to sleep on. Everyone was happy with their sleeping arrangements. The King room is on the street side so there is street noise until about 10pm, then it quiets down. Except for the frogs (who we will miss...you just have to be here to understand) that are everywhere on the Island, nighttime was quiet. The Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking for a crowd. There is a large fridge and large freezer, plenty of counter space, and a dining room table that will seat many. The Wi-Fi is good. The home is decorated beautifully. There are closets filled with towels, sheets, pillows, blankets, anything you need. The laundry room has a new fancy washer and dryer. We used the beach chairs and cooler everyday. It was so nice to not have to go out and buy that stuff. We enjoyed the use of the van, which we could get all 12 of us in for a drive to the beach. The driveway is very steep, so we parked the van at the bottom parking lot and parked our rental car up by the house. We will miss the kitty that comes to greet us when we are home. All in all it is a wonderful, livable, and practical house to stay in on Hawaii Island. Pam, the owner was great at answering our texts and phone calls. She was quick to respond if we needed anything. She went out of her way to accommodate our requests and was very generous. You will enjoy this home!

Great house in paradise
Owner Pamela went out of her way to make us feel at home and was very quick to respond when we needed assistance The house was perfect for our group of 7 adults and 2 kids however the steep driveway could be an issue for some. The lanai was perfect for watching the sunsets but the traffic noise was a little bothersome especially for those in the master bedroom

Awesome View & Outstanding Hospitality
Wow! It was a great place to stay. It fit everyone from age 62 to age 3. This provided us everything we needed for a great vacation. The van is a bonus that IS THE BEST VALUE. This place was gorgeous and the sunset views from the Lani were beautiful. I have already discussed reserving it again. The best value & money I spent for any vacation. It deserves 10 stars and we loved it. The owner is extremely accommodating & hospitable. Anyone should choose this property -- it is great.
