“For a million dollar view you can't beat this location. I could have sat and watched the ocean for hours. Very quiet area. Everything needed was right in the condo. IF and I do mean IF there was a downside you are about 2 miles away from the resturants and bars, so if you like to partake in a few beverages you will have get a driver as it isn't walking distance. The beach at the condo is nice and quiet. If you prefer a beach to people watch about 2 miles down to the park. I would definitely……

“Space was great for two adults. Nicely appointed kitchen. The lanai was fabulous, we had many meals and cocktails on it, the view is hard to beat. Partial sunsets from the lanai when we visited because of the time of year & position of the sun (mid May) but you definitely see all the colours. Easy enough to just travel down to Kam beach 2 or 3 (during sunset rush hour which really isn’t that bad at all) and you’ll see the full sunset. Bed is a comfy king, good pillows, couch is comfy as well.……

“Our stay at this Sugar Beach Condo was EXCELLENT!!! It is conveniently located mid island, away from the hustle and bustle of the busier cities. Being on the 5th floor gave us a spectacular view of the beach side and then to the right you have the wildlife refuge! (The lower floors are missing that view). The condo groundskeepers are busy keeping the property well manicured and clean and facilities are well maintained. We were SO pleased with everything about the condo. It was stocked with all……

“The location of this condo is the perfect walking distance for the beach, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The location is central for driving out on day trips. The grounds and bbq area are well maintained. When you need a break from the beach the 2 pools are a nice alternative. The owner and management team were quick to respond when we had an issue. As with most travel to and from Maui our plane arrived and departed late at night. The owner insured that we were provided all the information……

“Lovely little place perfect for our family vacation. Very central to everything with a beach and fish pond right across the street. The owner was easy to reach if we needed anything and communication was stellar! We were surprised at all that was there when we arrived, such as stocked items in the freezer and cupboards paid forward by previous guests and playing cards and books in the drawer when you have some downtime. Absolutely all you need and more for a very good price!”

“First off, Joe was absolutely wonderful and very responsive when I had a question. A short walk to the beach. Beautiful, quiet, penthouse property with amazing views. The beds were actually comfortable unlike so many other properties. Incredibly well appointed. Lots of blankets, towels, beach gear, laundry supplies, first aid kit, etc. The property was very close to other beaches, tons of restaurants, stores, basically anything you could want. My mom, brother, and myself all loved it here……

“My wife and i had the most wonderful stay! -From the morning ocean views while sipping coffee to the spectacular sunsets while enjoying a cocktail from the varanda, we couldnt ask for more. Listening to the waves breaking and the local birds singing its just amazing. This was a gem find and hope many will enjoy as much as we did, one of the most memorable vacations we've had, we will remember forever.”

“This location is beautiful. The view from the lanai is spectacular. The condo was well stocked with beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys. The condo was spacious for our family of four. Location is a short drive from "downtown" Kihei and all the best beaches. The beach in front of the property was lovely for walks. We even came across a sea turtle on the beach one day! We did not go swimming out front but could see others did. A drying rack for beach towels and swimsuits would be a good……
