"Staff are respectful and willing help, kitchen is open so you can see how is the food cooked. My room was premium and there was awkward smell every time I reported I had immediate respond. "Great location on the Asian side. Easy access to boats, subway, all transportation. The views from water facing rooms are amazing. The hotel is now a little dated, can use an upgrade. New towels would be nice. And the hotel needs to have luggage racks. Every year I stay here and ask for a luggage rack to open my suitcase on; not a great experience to keep suitcase on the floor with all your clothes; but they do not have it. "
