“The place is very clean, but they have a list of items to charge if broken or lost and it is obvious but for example, $15 if the key of the room gets lost, really? Also when we checked in, the receptionist was not very friendly, but besides this, everybody else was super nice and the place is beautiful. ”

“This hotel is situated in an ideal spot; very close to the island so that you see dozens of bird species from it's fabulous deck. The infinity pool is gorgeous as are all the grounds. Well worth the ride to the hotel! They have jet ski, kayaks and even will take you on a boat ride around the lake. The staff were absolutely spot-on. The food was very good. Rooms were comfortable and they use solar power to heat the shower (very hot water!) and provide power. Definitely will be back! ”

“I have to start by saying this hotel is stunning. The decor, the rooms, the views of the mountains. The extremely friendly staff. This was our favorite hotel out of all the hotels we stay at. This hotel was just beautiful. I highly recommended this hotel. The food at the restaurant was excellent. Me and my wife will be definitely be staying at Casa 1800 again!!! Thank you Casa 1800 for our stay. Till next time. ”

“Had a wonder stay at this hotel. The food was authentic and delicious. The ladies went above and beyond for us and it was greatly appreciated. The view is amazing first thing in the morning. Also a fan of the rain shower! ”

“Overall our stay was very good, the hotel is centrally located, the restaurant was very good and the staff exceptional. The rooms are a little dated, they can use a microwave and a mini refrigerator. All in all is was a pleasant stay and if we had to the area again we would stay here.”

“The intimate feeling of being alone with my husband thru the trails was beautiful, our view to the volcano was amazing. We got igloo #5 was pretty and clean with an amazing view.”

“This spacious one room apartment with bathroom is great for someone who does not want to stay in a traditional hotel/motel setting. It is quiet, clean, independent, safe with 24/7 armed security guards, controlled access. Easy access to roads was awesome. It has a park walking distance. Check-in and check-out was painless and quick. Communications with the owner via WhatsApp was consistent and pleasant. Services were offered. Privacy was great. Room had smart TV, wifi, AC, shower had water……
