"An excellent experience all around. The apartment is clean, convenient and perfectly located. It's a more modern building and does not have a great deal of character, but this is a very minor point compared to all of the other positives. Having a washer/dryer/dishwasher available was wonderful. I would certainly stay here again."
"What an amazing experience! Wow! From the property cleanliness to the impeccable service, food, and luxury. We will definitely come back.
Also a shout out for a very special gentleman by the name Mark, Truly an asset to this company
Thank you again for treating us like royalties. "
"One of the best and affordable stays in West Jerusalem. Friendly and helpful staff, ample breakfast buffet and strategically located. A long history and with significant peace work amongst Israeli Jews, Muslims and Christians. Loved everything about my stay here."
"This place is so well located, right in the action across the street from Mechane Yehudah. I requested a quiet room so had to carry our suitcases up 3 flights of stairs but it was worth it! And I liked the authenticity of the old building in Jerusalem stone and our cute balcony overlooking the residential lanes at the back. Totally cute! Suite was dated but comfortable and staff super friendly and helpful. Loved our stay! "

"All the staff and super friendly and helpful. The room is very spacious. Even though the hotel is built in the 50’s, it is well maintained. The older lady that works the breakfast buffet is very helpful and kind. The breakfast is a nice variety. The man who works the main desk (I think his name is Sam) is super nice, accommodating, helpful and easy to talk too. The young man who’s the manager is also very nice and always greets you. "

"Fantastic location! The renovated room has a smaller bathroom than the older rooms. The new room needed more bars and hooks for hanging towels. The shower
needed a bigger lip to prevent leaking water into the rest of the bathroom.
The food is tasty and with different options.
The staff is courteous, competent, helpful and accommodating."
"We stayed for one night and we found it very clean. And the room was very comfortable. The breakfast was also very good and everything was clean and well maintained. Really enjoyed my stay there. "
