"Our non-smoking room was in need of repair with peeling paints/molded bathroom. Both queen beds had strong smoking odor. 3 out of 4 times that we came out of the room, we ran into smokers congregating in the parking lot a few feet from our door."

"Wonderful place near downtown Medford. My husband and I loved our stay here. We were in town on a business trip for several days and wanted a place with a full kitchen. This fit our needs perfectly. "The front desk was so friendly and helpful at check in. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. It was also quiet which was great after an 8 hour drive. We also had room services from their Luna cafe. It was delicious! We had the side Luna salads and the turkey and Brie sandwich. Yummy! Great place to stay in Ashland! "
