Great for entertaining, the tastefully appointed interior features a well-equipped kitchen and dining space, plus two separate living areas. One includes a games table, TV, and sliding glass door access to your private pool - the ultimate hangout space. The crown jewel, however, is your resort-style backyard oasis. Sunbathe on lounge chairs between refreshing dips in the sparkling pool. There's a shady cabana and the dining table offers additional seating for poolside snacks.

Situated at the quiet end of Jacksonville Beach, you're just a short walk to the ocean and a mile from the family-friendly Sunshine Park with a splash pad and skate park. Attend the Sea Walk Pavilion for concerts, outdoor movies, and festivals. Historic St. Augustine, the nation's oldest city, is under 30 miles away. This prime location puts you close to multiple shopping, dining, and entertainment options.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Short getaway
We had a great time for our long weekend visiting family. The location was perfect and the house was fully stocked. Highly recommend and will stay again.

The house was perfect even though this is the first time I was unable to give a five star review. Pros- Nice house with a large open floor plan, the family room looks out onto the pool. The pool is huge (unheated ), the backyard is so beautiful we spent a large portion of our time there. The house amenities make it easy to feel at home, and the decorations are attractive. This house is located on a quiet residential street with just a very short walk to the beach. Catching morning sunrises with ease. The house is also conveniently located to a gas station, grocery store, ice cream shop, and coffee shop. This home is a real gem where you can make real memories with your family. Cons- Trying to contact Management will send you to a main office, but you will not speak to any local managers or local cleaners. I forgot a sentimental and pricey necklace on the master bedroom end table and contacted Management at 1 PM the day of check out. This is at least two hours before any new guest can check into the house. I was told on the 8th and 9th that they are still trying to get in touch with local management to just know that they are trying to locate the necklace. Today is the 10th and still no word. I don’t understand why they can’t locate their local Management or my necklace I told them exactly where it was. My only other con would be the windows need cleaned. Overall the owner gets 5 stars but the management would get 3 stars, so I rated my stay at 4 stars.

There are no TVs in 2 of the 3 bedrooms and no TV in the one main living area. I would recommend more TVs ESPECIALLY if you plan on bringing children

Family get-away
We enjoyed our little vacation in this beach house. Short walk to the beach. There is a shed out back that has all the things needed for the beach! Chairs, umbrellas, beach wagon, toys, and even a surf board. The backyard was beautiful, it was so nice to come from the beach and chill in the pool. The kitchen has everything you need for a BBQ. We will definitely be coming back to stay!

Cute house
Location is great. Back yard is lovely even though it was too cold to use the pool, it was nice to sit out back and chat. The house is old, but has some updates and seems to be well maintained. It’s spacious and roomy. My only complaint is it wasn’t clean. I could write my name in dust on the headboard of the main bedroom and the dishes in the kitchen were all dirty.

Great house 1 block from the beach!
The house was comfortable, clean and so close to the beach it was almost right on it! Good kitchen, beds were comfortable, wi-fi worked fine, wished we could have gone swimming (not a heated pool). We were house hunting ourselves, and would use this again possibly when we come back in a couple of months.

Lovely beach home in a great location!
This home is just as described! It is very well maintained, had everything we needed for our short stay, and the location was perfect for our needs (close to Mayo). Would definitely book this home again, hopefully next time when we can take advantage of the beach!

The proximity of Beachy Keen to the beach, shopping, and eats was so nice. The decor inside and outside the home was something I wish I could pick up and transfer to my own home! We did have an issue with one toilet being out of commission for our entire stay but the owner worked with us on a reimbursement for the inconvenience. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Loved the location and house with the pool.
Great location, needs ceiling fans in all bedrooms. TV should be located the living room and the den. Bedroom with the twin bed should have a double bed, would make the room more comfortable. No mirrors in the bedrooms or chest to store clothes and dress comfortably. Kitchen is great, eating areas are great, nice size home. Loved the back yard, enjoyed the convivence, only minutes from grocery store, shopping and dining. easy walk to the beach. Had a great time. thanks Ann

- great house and excellent location - didn't feel safe for a toddler - beautiful, unheated pool It is a great house. Really well-decorated. Beautiful potted plants and trinkets. Lots of lovely plants outside too! It does feel a bit like the owners have just stepped away for a moment, in that all of the cabinets are very full. The back patio was lovely and the pool is gorgeous (but unheated so we couldn't use it). The beach is a super short walk. All of the neighbors were really friendly. The house is super close to groceries and coffee. We walked. I would NOT recommend this property to people with very young children. The door to the pool does not have an alarm, has to be locked and unlocked, has a very easy to turn handle when unlocked. We have a toddler and were nervous the whole time. We just left the door locked until he bedtime each night.
