Perfect stay
Cozy, perfect stay. Quiet and comfortable. Everything was just as described. I had a very minor issue after checking in and Ava took care of it immediately. Communication was very fast. Ava is a great host! I would readily stay here again.

We were very comfortable and enjoyed the stay very much! Everything we needed was readily available and clean. The poor cleaning lady was just finishing up when we got there from the people before us who had apparently trashed the place and if we hadnt seen her leaving with all the trash and everything you never wouldve known! We were very happy with our stay and will likely book again next year if we come back and its available 😊

Great little apartment!
We loved this little apartment! It had tons of charm and was very clean. It had plenty of room for my husband, daughter and me and was located in a cute neighborhood just 2 miles from family who live in the area. Very convenient to everything. Ava was excellent with communication and very helpful. Would definitely stay again.

What a cute little place! We stayed in the 1 bedroom unit upstairs. Everything was super and it was very comfortable and homey feeling. Great outdoor areas in the front and back to relax and do what you like. Us 49er fans had the place rented out! Hehe didn’t know that until we saw the other guest with 9er gear on 😜

Very cute little apartment in a cute neighborhood. Owners were very responsive to all emails. Check-in was super easy. We enjoyed walking to local restaurants and park. I just wish it had been a little closer to a beach.

Perfect stay!! Cute zen-like suite that was comfortable and clean. The front porch was comfortable and since the weather was perfect we spent some time “porch sitting”. Nice walks aren’t the tendy, up and coming neighbourhood.

Great stay for Tennessee Bowl Game
Ava has a wonderful set of units, they and the neighborhood are up and coming. We felt safe and welcomed. Located in easy walking distance to good food and some night life. The location should be better in coming months as she is improving the facilities. For instance a new granite countertop was installed while we were staying there and Ava worked with us to have her installer work around our schedule. Parking is a bit tight especially on the weekends.

Perfect for our stay. It was clean and cozy. Slept very well. Surprisingly quiet but we also use a sound machine. Hot water in the shower ran out quickly. Ok for one quick shower but not for 2.

I have stayed many times in this apartment, which is in a great location just off King Street and is perfect for a solo traveler or a couple on a romantic getaway. It's an old house that Ken and Ava have done a great job in restoring and converting into apartments.

This apartment is great for a single person traveling on business (me, usually) or a couple on a romantic getaway (my wife and me, sometimes). The location is great for eating and drinking without the need to drive. Ava and Ken are responsive and very hospitable hosts. I have stayed here many times and hope to do so many more.

Ava's place is near a couple bars and about a mile walk from an area with restaurants, bars, and shops. It's small but definitely fine for 1-2 people. Full kitchen, seating area in the living room, and bedroom with attached bathroom. And conveniently located!

Lovely place, great location.
Not my first stay at Ava's lovely place, and it certainly won't be my last. The location is ideal, just off the King Street row of restaurants and taverns, and just a hop and a skip away from Five Points and the rest of Riverside. The apartment is perfect for a solo traveler or couple-- comfortable living room, well equipped kitchen, and cosy bedroom. And the hosts are very welcoming and available. You can't go wrong here!
