We stayed in room 504. The AC was unusually noisy and when I mentioned it to the front desk, I was told that it had been a problem and I could switch rooms if desired. If it was a problem for other guests and had not been fixed, the room should not have been sold.

I did not like cold shower first morning, I did not like no hot water in the evening for tea. I did not like no maid service 2nd day ,no clean towels, no coffee left in room. This felt like a motel 6 instead of a Hamton

The hotel is gradually updating. The staff is friendly and welcoming. During check-in the clerk received a phone call that involved a complex situation. She kept nodding to me and apologizing. She was sweet and later put several calls on hold so she could complete our check- in.

I like this place because it’s close to the highway, close to the grocery store and a lot of restaurants! And they even have a 24 hr Walgreens store nearby which we used for my grandson’s medicines at 4am in the morning! Love this place.
