I am so very upset over this room. It was nasty, The bathtub was terrible, the soap dish was broken off. The carpet was nasty and there is no way I would walk on it without shoes. The chair in the room the ripped and looked like cats had. Even on it. I have pictures that I will be glad to send if I can get an email address. Had the bed not been clean we would have left. We did go to the office and the nice receptionist moved us to another room. One was as bad as the other. I am requesting compensation please. This is twice we have had problems with Expedia. Thank you Revonda Pringle

This property required a $100 deposit when we checked in. We came back from a cruise and found they only returned 49 of it. I called and said there was feces on the bed and the bed spreed was damaged. My wife is one of those people that even clean hotel rooms. We have stayed at extended stays before and never had an issue and never have we had to pay a deposit.

The property was not very well maintained. I was also not checked in at a room for a very long time and spoke with the manager and it was a hassle. I do not recommend this hotel in Jacksonville.

Day 1 saw a roach in the room. Staff never brought us any kitchen utensils to use. Complimentary breakfast is the bare minimum in complimentary consisting of oatmeal, muffins, and coffee.

I called the hotel about 5:00pm on the day of check in to let them know that it would be after midnight before I arrived. The lady said it would be no problem. I arrived about 2:00am only to find out I could not check in after 12:30am. That left me with no where to stay.
