We love the interior design. How ever upon checkin there was a towel laying in the shower, which was removed before we returned. My wife unfolded one towel after showering and saw to strands of hair. The mirrors above the bed was streaked from not being wiped properly. Nevertheless those are minor things. My wife and I did not enjoy just waking up receiving a phone call telling us the police are on the way because we are not supposed to be in the room. No questions were asked.My wife immediately stopped the lady and told her that she was handling this situation incorrectly and she chose to continue her spill about the police coming. So after canceling taking my shower we go downstairs to hear that it was a miscommunication on their end. We left 2 1/2 hours before our check out with no type of "lets make this right".

There was a roach in the room staff wasn’t helpful remote to the tv wouldn’t work couldn’t get anyone at the front desk the inside of the room is nice but it’s in a hood area not as advertised online strong smell of weed outside

Property was decent, not really trashy or anything. I feel like the bathrooms could have been cleaner but overall a great experience just needs better cleaning throughout the entire room
