"My wife and I were impressed when we got out of the taxi and into the lobby. The 24 hr door service is nice to have. The room was very clean. Had a view of the ocean. No AC but fans throughout on the ceilings. The rooftop pool was under construction for another month I think it will be done in June. I could maybe throw a rock from the balcony and hit the beach that’s how close it is. Also in a great location you can walk to all of the parts of PV. We plan to come back if we can find this booking...

"Incredible stay! This was our 4th time staying in the Hacienda de Mita community and the unit / service was without question the best stay we’ve had. Uriel & Mina were amazing (Mina’s cooking was incredible!), and the unit + 6 seater golf cart made getting around so easy. We HIGHLY recommend this unit and will definitely be back."

"This condo is just as described,location,location,Location!! We loved that it’s about a 15 minute car ride from the downtown and there is a bus stop also right there by this condo. We had just Gorgeous Sunsets every night!! The food at the onsite restaurant was very good. The owner was very responsive when we needed to ask a question or two. We loved our trip and we hope we can come back again!!!"

"We would give this beautiful place more than 5 stars of we could. We spent a week visiting with other family and were blown away by the views and location. There was plenty of room for our group of four adults and two kids to spread out and relax. John was great to work with and his condominium is incredibly stocked with everything you could need. Housekeeping was also polite and thorough. Puerto Vallarta has always been one of my favorite spots and we cannot wait to visit and stay in this...

"Beautiful and clean modern condo near everything (beach, restaurants, etc). Luis and Mattias at the front desk were super helpful. The rooftop pool was heated (yay!) and easy to catch Uber. I loved eating local (taco stands, bakery, churro guy, popsicle place). My favorite experience is walking a bit away from the action up the cobblestone streets and seeing how the locals live and eat; everyone is extremely friendly. Highly recommend this condo and will be back! "

"Our stay at Sunscape in this 14th floor condo was great! Everything we needed for cooking was there, even an electric grill and fry pan. The deck is roomy, great for watching the sunset. Modern bathroom, nice shower. Didn’t need the AC at all. Weather in early December was perfect. Would definitely stay there again."

"I won’t lie – the reviews on this rental were so glowing I was a bit worried that it was fake! So I will make sure to add in some things that weren’t perfect so you know this place really is the real deal. We were looking for someplace that was quiet and relaxing but “fun adjacent” and Sayan Beach fit the bill. It was like being at a resort with all the beautiful, well-maintained amenities and exceptional service. With pools on the roof and the ground floor, you have a choice on how to cool off....
