"Farmhouse is exactly as listed. Well maintained, very clean, comfortable beds and just a neat old farmhouse. Check and out was easy, even gave us an early check in. It is located in the country but half way between Ithaca and Watkins Glen."

"We were a family of 7 (+ 2 dogs), needing a comfortable & roomy place to stay while we moved our daughter & son-in-law to the Ithaca area. The Yellow Barn was absolutely perfect for us. While we didn’t have a lot of time to fully appreciate the property, we did spend time perusing the gorgeous bird books and reflecting on the journaling book that detailed the building of this beautiful barn & property. We did cook breakfast, & found everything we needed in the fully stocked & efficient kitchen....

Pat and Patrick's historic home (calling all Greek Revival lovers!) is an ideal location in a beautiful setting - on a sloping hill right on Lake Seneca. The house is super well-equipped and huge! "For someone with mobility issues this property would not work, but for anyone else this place is exceptional. With a beautiful layout that is thoughtfully furnished, immaculately clean, extremely well equipped, and ideally located both for convenience and aesthetics it met or exceeded all of our expectations.
