We selected this hotel because if it’s convenience to the Istanbul airport. We were very pleased with all the amenities. The free shuttle is perfect. We had to leave very early for a flight and would miss the breakfast. Our hotel staff offered to make us a lunch to-go which was so thoughtful. Staff and rooms were extremely welcoming. The entire hotel was spotless. Very, very good value for the price.

It’s overall a good experience. Staff is polite and cordial. Breakfast is simple and the instructions for airport transfer could be a little clearer. (Specify exactly around which gate, or heading toward tourists transportation (forgot the exact word, but if the hotel could match that exact word, it would have saved us a lot of time. )

It was not a safe area, especially for tourists. Hotel staff did not speak English, and I was charged in Turkish Liras because of some malfunction which resulted in a big conversion fee.

Great location close to the airport, kind, friendly and professional staff. We loved easy checking process and good communication with the reception. Our stay there was quite pleasant. The staff was very polite and helpful. There are quite a few dining options in the area and there’s a mall that is a nine minute walk from the property called Avlu 34. The neighborhood itself is quite charming with many locals and local shops to browse around in. Thank you for a nice overnight stay in Turkey.
