Amazing place close to every point of interest you can imagine (blue mosque, grand bazar, spice bazar) very clean and eco-friendly. The staff is very helpful and kind. They take the time to assist you and helpp you to coordinate tours and gave us amazing recommendations.

All the staff at the Aprilis were exceptional! Every one were very friendly, helpful and always eager to assist us. The room was well appointed, and had many USB ports for electronics, so no need for many adaptors Breakfast was varied in selection so something for everyone 😊 As with all hotels in the area, be prepared for a longer airport journey as the streets are small, and traffic moves slowly!

This is actually my third time staying at the hotel, I usually always come back here because it USED to be a very accommodating hotel.. I booked a double room double bed nearly one month in advance. I was given a very small room compared to last time with 2 single beds. When I had booked a double bed. The staff basically pushed the 2 single beds together but they just come apart when you try to sleep on them. Secondly the breakfasts USED to be very good, i found the food was old and its been sitting there for a while in a buffet plate and was stale and there wasn’t much options this time aswel just full of salads and sauces that nobody touches. But the food was definitely stale and old. Also I believe they should NOT be serving already drunk people alcohol at the bar as there were some Turkish guests that were drunk and loud and were looking to make trouble. This IS NOT PLEASANT and does NOT FEEL SAFE. Banging doors and slamming them at 2am is not acceptable. Maybe look into getting a security guard. Actually very disappointed in my stay this time around. I am back in Istanbul after one month and I will most probably stay somewhere else. A very honest review from a Regular client.

We had issues with noise coming from a conveyer, but we were moved rooms. They dealt with this issue professionally and with due care. After this small hiccup our stay was excellent. Cleaning staff were polite and took great attention to detail. Breakfast was simply exquisite. The staff were helpful with directions and recommendations. Excellent stay, thank you Aprilis Deluxe!!!

Fantastic customer service
The staff here are amazing, they get to know you quickly and the type of trip you are having. They are always available to help and assist you. The cleaners didn’t let the room get a speck of dust before offering a cleaning service. Smart TV’s in rooms always a great touch when travelling from outside of Turkey, to keep up with your home media. The location is great with easy access to Sulthanhamet Square, the Main Street and the bazaar. From the welcoming at the start of the trip to being loaded into my transfer to the airport I felt like a valued customer. I have stayed in 5*’s in Istanbul who do not have the customer service level of Aprilis Deluxe. I will definitely return here, thank you for a great stay.

Great location. Easy to get to all the main sites in Sultanahmet. Hotel was very comfortable. Breakfast was great. A good selection. From check in to check out, everything was easy. Staff were so helpful and lovely. I only remember Rabia’s name but all the staff were amazing. Our thanks to them all for taking such good care of us. I would point out that this particular road was a bit hilly so if you have mobility issues, it may not be the best choice. Other than that, i would definitely recommend.
