"Great little place with stores and restaurants in walking distance, and a short drive to downtown Dallas. The place was very clean and cute, and we appreciated that it was stocked with toiletries and coffee pods for the Keurig. There’s plenty of appliances (including coffee pot and French Press), and plenty of places to sleep for everyone. A life saver having a washer and dryer (you may need to bring your own detergent). We had a smoke alarm chirping when we arrived due to a low battery, but...

"We were local folks looking for a little break. The place is small (as advertised) - two bedrooms, one bathroom a mini fridge/microwave - no formal kitchen. Unfortunately, we got in, walked around and were hit by a really strong smell of cigarette odor. We've got some family allergies and chose not to stay."

"First of all the listing is very deceiving the place is nothing like what they show. The room smell so much like marijuana and even after telling maintenance the room still smell and I have a 2 year old. I probably even think the maintenance people were also smoking marijuana. The room is outdated. Also they overcharged me and didn’t want to refund me at all. Be careful with this place."

"We had a fantastic stay at this property. It was 20 mins from six flags and in a nice area with lots of nearby shops and restaurants. The house itself was incredibly clean and comfortable, and stocked with everything we could possibly want from bathroom to kitchen. The keurig coffee pod and tea bag selection was extensive along with a range of creamers. We all loved playing in the games room and would have enjoyed the pool too if it was the summer."
