“The house was very clean and well stocked. Mike was great at giving all the necessary information required and was easy very responsive with communication. The town is great and full of friendly people. The nearby beach is a spectacular spot; my favourite so far. The location is perfect to go golfing, beaching, hiking, and sightseeing. My family and I went to the Skyline trail, gypsum mine lookout and swam there. Cheticamp isn’t far away and has great restaurants and stores. The town was nice……

Door locks were old and didn't always work but that was fixed promptly as well as a leaking hot water tank that was also fixed during our stay. The host did her best to make our stay as comfortable as possibly given the unfortunate circumstance that occurred. ”

“Da unser Cottage ca 100m von der Durchgangsstrasse lag und es auf dem Grundstück viele Bäume gibt, war es extrem ruhig. Der Empfang durch Angela und ihre Katzen war sehr nett. Das Cottage selber ist bestens mit Herd/Ofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine (zum Empfang gab es Wilkommensportionen Kaffee :-) ), Wasserkocher und Toaster ausgestattet. Geschirr, Besteck und alles zum Kochen ist da. Draußen gibt es einen kleinen Gasgrill (Gaskartusche kann man von Angela erhalten). Jede Hütte hat einen……

Location was perfect and central to all we wished to visit from Port Hood to the most beautiful fall foliage at Lake O’Law in Margaree! The owner Michael was extremely accommodating…..particularly when on short notice we had to change our stay by 1 day. Very quick to respond and very helpful when he advised us that there was roadwork that required a detour! The unit faced west so we got to enjoy the spectacular sunset in……
