"The location was centrally located for the Disney parks. There was a subway, Wendy’s, McDonald’s and Chik-fil-a within walking distance. The pool and hot tub were clean and warm. The drink/snack shack was a nice surprise. View from the room was awesome. Needs improvement- only 4 bath towels and 2 pool towels were provided. We were disappointed that the slides at the pool shut down at 6 o’clock every day so if you went to the park during the day you never got to use the slides. "I agree with a previous review stating the condo is nicer than the building it’s in. When we first arrived and got off the elevator, there was a weird smell that made me initially concerned. The room was as shown in photos, small kitchenette with mini fridge and ceramic hot plate was functional. Cleanliness was subpar, dish rack is rusted and sponge for dishes is clearly old. "This property was perfect for my family of four’s stay in Orlando. It is conveniently located for Universal Studios being only about a 5-10 minute ride away. Everything inside of the apartment was as it appeared on the website. It was nice having a full size refrigerator, air fryer in the microwave and small burners to do some light cooking in the apartment. There were lots of great restaurants within a short walk and even more within a short drive. Great shopping near by too!"

"The condo is a bit dated, but was clean and inviting with good beds and linens. The kitchen could use some measuring cups and measuring spoons, but other kitchen utensils were adequate for a family of four+. Sofa looked brand new, but the side chairs need to be replaced. The host, Paul was excellent to work with. The large pool is near the condo, water was heated and temperature was warm. Pool had music and a snack store with a limited food menu."

"We were in Orlando with our daughter who was competing in Allstar Worlds cheer. The condo was perfect for us! Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was very nicely appointed and I think they tried to think of everything! including a beach umbrella and beach toys. The facility was well cared for and everyone was very polite and helpful. The pool is a great size (8' deep end) and kept very clean. The hosts are great! Very attentive. We got back late one evening and noticed it was warm in the condo....

"If I could give zero stars I would. I made reservations in April 2023 for our stay November 2023 (this was based on 4-star reviews). I was told by the host I would receive instructions to access the property but never received them. I emailed the host 24 hours prior to arrival, no response. VRBO attempted to make contact three times (via email and phone), they also received no response from the host. My recommendation - do not book this location."

"Amazing indoor water park. I really enjoyed the Luau on Saturday night. Also i loved the Jamaican music at the pool. My son and his friend had a great time. "I’ve been staying here for the last 10 years twice a year. I can only explain it as it’s like a bottle of wine. It’s gets better with age. You guys never disappoint me.
