“This was my second time staying at this property. Took my family during spring break. Property is nice and well maintained. Great place for family and pool fun. However, I was disappointed with the housekeeping. I had to make multiple requests for having my room cleaned. It did not get cleaned on the second day even though I had made a call twice and left both times for housekeeping to clean my room. On the third day, had to ask 2 more times until it finally got cleaned. I was very frustrated on……

“I booked for two bed one night. When I checked in they told me my room was unavailable. They can only offer me a queen bed with a very uncomfortable sofa bed. Honestly, the soda bed is very very very uncomfortable. The air condition was not work about 5 hours until 9：30pm the technical people came for fix. The cotton package was opened already. Felt upset. Because We paid around $400/per night. ”

“Absolutely beautiful property inside and out. The property has such a peaceful and calming feel to it from the minute you check in. The villa we stayed in had comfortable beds and everything we needed in the well stocked kitchen and perfect AC! Every staff member went out of their way to be kind and helpful.
