No hot water, wasn't told this at check in. When we let front desk know about lack of hot water, we were told 'they're working on it now, should be back on at Midnight.'
It wasn't, other guests told us it'd been off for 3days.
1 switch works TV, fridge & microwave. No sign by switch. Had meds that needed to be refrigerated, fridge was off for hours before we knew. Let front desk know those items weren't working, after multiple eye rolls and condescending tones was told they're 'not responsible for putting signs in every room, we should know that.'
Another guest told us they're food spoiled because they didn't know either.
I wanted to check out early, and get a refund. We had been on the road since 4am on 5/10, waited til 12:30a 5/11, tested to see if water was hot for a shower, it wasn't, fell asleep sometime after 2a waiting, woke up at 6a, no hot water. This was to be a 2night stay. They only refunded half of our stay for the 1 night 'because you slept. If you checked out at 12:30a without sleeping you would have gotten a full refund.'
Large debris was on carpeting when we first entered the room
Tub had black streak around and in the caulk of white tub, toilet didn't have any bolts connecting to the floor.
