Like that its right beside Costco. Very clean, and friendly staff. The breakfast offerings could have been better, a waffle maker or some boiled eggs would be nice.

Breakfast was standard for hotels. Eggs, sausage, waffles. Room was clean and the staff was friendly. We'll stay there on our next trip to Indy. Exceptional for the price.

We basically had a two room suite with TVs in each space! Beds were comfy. Toilet was shaky and the bathroom needed a bit of work but everything was clean and the room was spacious. And the price was right. About a 20 minute drive to downtown.

The mattress was worn out and breakfast was to last until 9am. At 815 they were out of pretty much everything other than an apple or a waffle.

Baymont was a good place to stay. Clean, my room had a front room and a separate bedroom. Not sure if they all do or not. It was convenient and plenty of places to eat around the area. Nothing super fantastic but it was affordable and comfortable.

The place definitely has a dated look. If you're looking for a quiet and comfortable night of sleep, this is not the place. Aside from uncomfortable beds, the biggest issue was that the walls are so thin, we were kept up most of the night from hearing people in other rooms. Smaller irritations too, like the hairdryer being in the kitchenette instead of the bathroom, no seating except your bed and a cheap plastic office chair, etc. I will say that the owner was friendly, and the continental breakfast was decent.

We traveled with 3 teenage boys and had reserved a double queen room with a sofa. The woman checking me in asked if we would prefer a king/queen split room and took the time to let me see the difference between the 2 rooms. We took the king/queen as it had more room and fit the air mattress we had brought for the 3rd boy better than the other room would have. She was very friendly and accommodating. The room and beds were comfortable and clean. They have a cozy lounge area in the lobby with a fireplace. I would recommend this hotel.

Check in lady was very nice! I didn’t have the breakfast so I can’t comment on that! There was some cleanliness issues in the bathroom that need to be improved but overall it was an average stay!

Maybe not most up-to-date, but it was clean and safe. The staff was friendly and we enjoyed the continental breakfast. It was quiet, despite being at capacity. It was conveniently located to 465 and plenty of restaurants and retail. I liked the setup of the room. The bathroom was in the middle, separating the room into two “bedrooms”. They didn’t have doors, but it gave a little privacy and each area had a TV. Nice for those traveling with kids.

The person at the desk couldn’t recommend a local restaurant . In the morning he was too busy on his personal phone to keep track of the food in the breakfast area. There was basically no hot food and when he finally came in to check he refilled the creamers and biscuits.
