I was not told i needed a $100 deposit to check in. I did not come prepared for that. I just had the room money. I asked the front desk clerk to call and ask the manager if he would waiver the hundred and he said no. I told her i am a senior citizen and has driven 3hrs. to get there. I was not going to damage the room. Would never recommend anyone to stay there and i haven't even seen the room yet.

The bathroom had pink gunk in the grout in the shower and the floor had hair and what looked like drops of coffee - obviously hadn't been cleaned from the prior guest. The landscaping was a mess and the hotel had peeling paint on the outside. Overall, the property just didn't look very well taken care of, but the staff was nice, and the breakfast was decent.

The exterior has peeing paint and tall grass. Our room had rusted door. The furniture it chipped and the toilet seat had tape on because it was cracked, and the towel rack is broken.

The property does not look like the pictures. The outside is in worn down and in need of repair. The grounds are weed filled and obviously not kept up. The room itself is old with torn carpet, dirty walls broken furniture and linens with holes. The bathroom was just dirty. Staff was friendly but seriously questioning what incidentals there would be that would require a credit card on file.

The biggest issue, was the side door does not require a pass key for entry. The bathroom room floor had not been mopped, it was sticky. The carpet prob was not swept either there was random (small) pieces of trash behind the chair.

I got a suite, jacuzzi was not cleaned properly, carpet was dirty found wrappers behind bed, no one at front desk in afternoons, have video of it cause my cards did not work to get into my room and needed help, took me 25 if not more to get help. I had to go find help in the second floor were “they,” were in a room just relaxing, while I was calling front desk for over 25min just terrible service…. Don’t even mention attitudes like it’s my fault they have to do their jobs….

Arrived to a lobby that was empty, no staff… a note on desk saying “return in 30 minutes” … I waited 40 minutes… just standing there waiting… I wondered if the place was even open? I understand personnel problems but either you are a hotel or you’re not! Got to a room… dirty floors, holes in wall, stains, no soap… had to return to desk to get soap. Nog a good experience

Smokers outside when we arrived. Our clothing and body sealed of smoke due to this. Room was dirty: food under sofa edge. Carpet gross dirty, table sticker, bathroom floor stained, Tub area stained , felt unsafe to stand, stained. No soap, shampoo. Towels were yellow not white. Never have I had an experience like this in a hotel. Would actually like a credit for this stay.
