"This house was the perfect homebase for our party of 6 with various vacation preferences. Everyone got what they wanted: a 2-minute walk to the beach (toys/equipment included), tennis courts across the street (pickleball set included), and a private dock (with paddleboards!) giving access to the bay. The house was very clean and comfortable with strong AC and ceiling fans in each room. Big trees in the backyard provided shade and privacy, and no pesky bugs ruined your time outside. The covered porch with a grill was a great additional space to gather. Even better was the kitchen (surely stocked by a mom), which allowed us to make homecooked meals with ease. We also appreciated the number of shops and restaurants only a walk or short bike ride away. Thank you so much to the phenomenal manager and homeowners for one of our family's favorite Florida stays! (And we come to Florida a lot)"

"We really enjoyed our stay, the property is in a fantastic location, amenities close by, the beach was not crowded unlike the big condo near Pier 60. The home has all the amenities in the kitchen, washer and dryer, covered porch to enjoy rainstorms. The house was built in 1963, and is so charming and we felt very comfortable. I would recommend you book this listing, the home was clean it is just an older home, so other reviews mentioned cleanliness, I found the home to be clean. I would book this home again. The beach is just steps away from the porch and was so nice to wake up and walk outside. Thank you for letting us stay."

"The pool and the sort walk to the beach was great! The unit we were in needed to be updated but it was very clean inside just needs upgrades. The front office staff was very helpful. "

"My boyfriend and I had our families fly in and meet, and we all stayed together at the Twin Dolphins! It was perfect :) The dock was our favorite spot for morning coffee and visits with the manatees. We spent the entire day out in the pool, grilled at night and had plenty of space for us all to be together when we wanted and apart when we wanted. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood and walking distance or a short drive to the beach and several bars and restaurants. We're locals and really loved having a big house for everyone to be together! We'll be back!"

"My family and I loved this house! My family of four, my sister's family of three, and our parents vacationed here for our spring break. There was plenty of room for all 9 of us. Close to many things. Very clean. But most importantly...the beach!! Just a short walk out the door. Wonderful patio overlooking the beach also. The view was amazing! We enjoyed every sunset! The large family dining table was very nice also, as we ate dinner together there and played games at night. Communication with property management great too...they responded very quickly with any questions. We all highly recommend this place!"

"The property was exactly as it was presented in the pictures. Clean everywhere, extra towels and bedding/pillows, cookware and basic necessities, which was all very convenient! There’s a Publix nearby and beach access right across the street. The beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella was clutch! Especially when you’re traveling from out state and can’t bring those things so easily on a plane. Host was very responsive and accommodating! After a busy week of work in Tampa, this was a perfect getaway/bonus days!"
