"We have been wintering for 3 months in the Naples/Bonita Springs area for 12 years. Rented 7 different properties prior to this past year. Number 8 was by far the best. Sigi and Suzanne were perfect hosts. The home was equipped with everything except a few items that Sigi said they would have for us next year. Quiet street, no thru traffic, nice neighbors. Outdoor lania and pool area was perfect for dining, relaxing, swimming. Lots of sun. There is a construction project in the rear of the home...

The rooms were beautifully styled and comfortable.The views of the golf course were stunning and we loved the convenience of the resort style pool and onsite restaurant. "My wife, two boys and myself just recently stayed at this house and I can confidently say we had an amazing vacation! This house was in a perfect location for everything we wanted to do, super short walk to the beach, short drive to mini golf or ice cream. Plenty of restaurants near to drive to as well. Our boys enjoyed swimming in the pool and fishing off the dock, as well as all the beach toys. Tegan was an awesome host as an added bonus! She was easy to communicate with and super nice, she...

"The house was perfect for all of us! Beds were comfortable which is so important! House was clean but garbage was an issue. It wasn’t taken to the street so the animals got into it. Other than that it could use some clean up around the outside of the house but the inside is beautiful! Hot tub was great too! There is one stair that needs to be replaced walking upstairs. Owner is great and responded to everything. Would definitely rent again!"

"The pictures didn't do the property justice. The building was very nice - freshly painted and clean. The condo has 10 foot ceilings. All the TV's were hi-definition. Very fast wifi. The staff at the clubhouse were very good. We'd stay again."

"Had a great time. Lots of time spent at the pool Would recommend a couple things. A hook on the back of the downstairs master bedroom bathroom door. A cork screw we didn’t find if there was one. "Our family was in town for our son's wedding at St. Leo Church and reception at the Bonita Bay Club. This house was just the right size for five of us and close to the venues. Everything was incredibly clean and the host was responsive to our needs. The pool and spa were nice for a bit of relaxation at night, all screened in to keep out the bugs. Wish we had more time to use the bikes. Highly recommended!"

"Location was perfect, near highway to get to venues and close to shopping center for necessities. That said, home is at dead end in very quiet spot. We used home mostly for sleeping, making breakfast, changing clothes, commuting to venues, and chilling. House was perfect for us. In May, it was too hot to hang out on nice patio. Fabiola was very responsive."
